I have known Sara for 15 years now, so when it was time for my family to start our real estate journey, we contacted her. Now, living in Vancouver (rather than in Edmonton where Sara is located), we knew Sara wouldn't be able to help us purchase our new home, but we were hoping she might have a contact in our area whom she could recommend. Sara's recommendation proved to be outstanding in helping us navigate the crazy real estate market out here and find our perfect home. Sara came higy recommended to my wife and I as we began looking for our first home together. I was an overly cautious first time buyer and it had been years since my wife had bought and a lot had changed. Sara was very flexible when first meeting with us, provided us excellent information about steps to take and what to expect next, she set us up right away to begin our hunt and she was willing to look at places as many times as needed due to my wife’s crazy work schedule - including still taking us looking pretty much in a blizzard in the middle of winter we still hit 4 viewings in 3 hours in one evening only to find out she missed a key evening with her own daughter just to help us. When we found a few homes we wanted to see as soon as possible thinking we found the one but she personally happened to be away but she was able to set us up with a colleague who was extremely knowledgeable and equally helpful in the same requested timeframe. When we fell in love with our now home she went beyond contacting the selling agent and meeting us the day she got home to write our offer. She helped recommend inspectors and lawyers and was there every step with us. The day we got our keys I swear her happiness matched ours and since purchasing she’s been willing to provide insight into what updates or upgrades could help improve the resale on our home in the future. I couldn’t have been happier with Sara’s professionalism, reliability, and have not thought twice about recommending her to everyone I know. My wife and I would prefer not sell or buy with anyone else in the future.

Sara was absolutely amazing. Knowledgable, professional, responsive- she helped us sell our home in a couple of weeks after we had no luck for 3 months with another realtor. She really knows her stuff and works hard for your best interests. Would absolutely recommend her (and I already have!) to anybody looking for a realtor.

Sara helped me buy my second home in Edmonton. She listened to what I was looking for, routinely reached out to me to view properties that might fit, and really pounded out the viewings until we found the right place. Will use her for all of my Edmonton real estate needs.

Sara did the impossible. She sold our house (which sat on the market with multiple failed offers for months a year prior) in ONE DAY!! Because we had expected it to take WAY longer than that we hadn't even let ourselves start looking but she helped us find and buy our dream house with only a few days before possession dates. Again, impossible. I do believe there is some luck and fate involved when buying and selling real estate but Sara makes really makes that luck for you! All of this while being a joy to work with, incredibly knowledgeable in so many areas, and straightforward (in a gentle way) which is very important in her line of work. Thanks Sara for finding us the home we never thought we would own.
