<p>Sarah was a knowledgeable and professional agent. My wife and I recently purchased a house, but had spent many months prior in deciding what best fit our needs and preferences. Sarah was patient, understanding and exceptionally quick in communication both in response to our questions and delivering us updates based on our personal requests. She was able to meet us and take us on tours that worked around our schedule and was able to reschedule easily if we needed. Once we settled on a house, we were able to take multiple walk-throughs and for our first time purchase of a house we were surprised how smoothly the whole process went down. The final buying price was almost exactly what we had in mind from the beginning and even though there were some tricky negotiations, Sarah helped us through it all and gave us consistent and open feedback during the entire process. We could not be more satisfied with our entire experience would not hesitate to use Sarah again and would of course recommend her to anyone who would be interested in an agent in the future!</p>
