We have worked with several realtors in the past in buying and selling our homes, but we have never worked with any realtor better than Sarah. She is extremely professional, friendly, personable, and patient. She works hard to ensure that her clients are happy with their purchase and is a top notch communicator who always makes herself available to you. Sarah proved to be highly knowledgeable of the properties and neighbourhoods in which we were looking, and she made sure to alert us to any potential issues with each property we visited. Should we buy another house or condo in the Edmonton area, we will be using Sarah as our realtor, and I would highly encourage anyone who is in search of a realtor to contact Sarah Leib.

She even went out of her way to call our mortgage broker when we were feeling frustrated with their lack of progress. We've found Sarah to be very knowledgeable about the neighbourhoods we've looked in, always up to date on the latest news around mortgage rules and the market in general, and she's very well connected in her industry which gave us confidence during home inspections, negotiations, etc. When you're making one of the biggest purchasing decisions of your life, feeling confident in your real estate agent is critical to making it a smooth experience, and we have always felt confident Sarah had our best interests in mind throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Sarah if you're considering working with her!
