We couldn't be happier! Sarah was by our side through the buying and selling process. She was very responsive, answered our questions, and was open to feedback. She went above and beyond to try and provide outcomes that worked for us. It was really apparent that she wanted us to find the "right" home and we never felt like we were pressured to find something "now." We first started working with Sarah in March 2019, and it took us more than 2 years to buy a house. During this whole time, she patiently showed us many homes. Even though I have seen many agents pushing their clients to buy as soon as possible, we never felt she was pushing us to buy a house. Quite the opposite, she always encouraged us to buy the house that we were completely comfortable with. She was also very honest in responding to our questions, and explaining what her idea was about the market, the trends and the houses we saw (which proved to be true on several occasions).
