The recent sale of my condo was my second time working with Sarah. Because my first experience was so positive, I did not even consider anyone else this time around. The sale of a home can be a stressful time but her knowledge and resourcefulness really makes you feel like you’re in good hands. Sarah is truly a pleasure to work with and who I would highly recommend if you are buying or selling a home.

Sarah is the absolute best realtor that my wife and I have ever worked with. This is our second time working with her. She is knowledgeable, always friendly, and accessible. She truly cares about her clients and works hard for them. If we should buy or sell in the Edmonton area again in the future, Sarah will be the first person we call.

I simply can't say enough good things about our interactions with Sarah Leib and buying our first home. Several people I know have purchased houses in the last couple of years, and I can honestly say that we had the best realtor. I hesitated to go into detail about all of the great things Sarah did for us, because I assumed that she couldn't possibly give that level of attention to everyone, and we must have been for a special circumstance for some reason. But I think that's what makes her a great realtor, she gives so much attention and effort to each client that you feel like you have a friend doing their best work for you. Sarah constantly put our interests over quickly making money or making life easier on her. Not only did she take us to view numerous houses whenever we wanted to, she also made sure we got the house that was right for us. This occasionally meant letting us know that we should not buy a house, and not just buy something that might not be in our best interest, even though it would mean making the same amount of money herself. She ensured we would have a home we’d be happy in for years to come.

We wanted to say thank you to Sarah for all of her hard work and advice during the process of selling my fathers house! She really went over and above for us during a difficult time. We would strongly recommend her for all of your real estate needs.
