His devotion to us as clients and attention to detail was amazing, even going the extra mile to hold open houses for us on consecutive weekends. His strategy in negotiating was awesome to witness even redirected focus when things weren't going exactly as planned to get us the best offer possible. My fiance and I had a really bad experience in the past with a realtor so this time we made the choice to interview numerous realtors before choosing the right one. Sam came to our condo and did a fantastic presentation on how he would help us sell our condo. Right away, we knew Sam was the one for us. He was very professional, caring and incredibly honest. Sam told us to wait to sell our condo instead of trying to push for the sale right away like the other realtors who told us to sell now. Because of Sam’s advice and knowledge of the market we waited and we were able to successfully sell our condo with Sam in 3 days for $100,000 above asking price! If we had sold our condo with the other realtors we would have not been able to get the price that Sam got us.
