After moving from Ontario, a search for our retirement home began. This requirement was extremely narrow ( and I am sure frustrating for Sam as well as us) and we really struggled to find a place that was suitable for both of us. Sam was an integral part of this search and it was amazing to see his patience with us. Not once did he pressure us even when the property was 90% of what we were looking for. Sam’s communication throughout this process and his commitment to find us a place never wavered.
