My partner and I worked with Sam to buy our first place, and then most recently when we sold that place to buy a bigger one. Sam has been absolutely amazing in helping us find the right home for us, twice now (!), and if that wasn't enough, he also knocked it out of the park selling our place. He has a great sense of the market, what people are looking for in different neighborhoods at different price points, and he always has your back. Highly recommend!!

Sam Tabrizi has been more than a realtor for us. We were lucky to find him over three years ago going through open house listings. He helped me and my wife to close the deal of our first home in 2021. We kept in touch over the last three years, because we always believed he is the one we need his help, his knowledge, his ambition, and his perspective to buy the next home and we cannot be happier with our choice. He helped us to sell our condo apartment and buy our first two-story with basement townhouse in less than three weeks(!!!) when the market was not active at all. His vision, his knowledge of the market, his expert approach towards the really difficult and annoying process of selling and buying, and his salesmanship approach make him a successful expert in his field. We have him on our speed dial to sell our place in the future too!
