I appreciate Sam's honesty and experience which provided realistic market conditions and expectations as well as experience based advice during negotiations. His innovative marketing approach delivered immediate interest on sale properties and effectively used direct electronic documentation delivery to ease the transaction(s) completion.

Sam worked tremendously hard to find me my Perfect Home in my Perfect Neighborhood at my Perfect Price. I was (stubbornly) set in my choices and would not- could not!- deviate from my plan in any of these three areas... Other realtors, perhaps, may have tried to sway me off of my course or told me it just wasn't possible. But Sam took it all in, listened when I spoke, and worked non-stop until he found me my trifecta of Perfect! Sam is an ongoing source for all real estate information i.e: the current market, mortgage brokers & renewals, home maintenance & tips, etc. ~The service from Sam did not stop when this deal was done. He has cultivated a life-long, trusted relationship for which I will always be thankful and reliant on.
