Samantha worked with my mom in helping her sell her home after my dad passed away. She was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was thorough, patient, kind, and professional in all of her interactions with us. She communicated everything clearly to my mom each step of the way and provided wonderful support through it all.

Simply put if you’re looking for a realtor go with Sam and her team. They did a phenomenal job for me, I am a first time buyer who works out of town, not a conventional buyer. She happily answered every question I had (and I had a lot) Sam is very competent and a excellent realtor. Don’t take a chance with somebody else when Sam and her team are the best.

Samantha was so helpful with answering many unknowns and guiding a first time homeowner. Her quick action got us a viewing of the home before it was scheduled for an open house and at her suggestion we put in an offer that was accepted before the open house was to take place. She replied quickly to any questions we had and was always available.

This is my third time working with Team Invest West and we always have a great experience. This time we worked with Samantha who was fantastic! She was always there when I had any questions and came back with thoughtful, honest and prompt responses. You can tell she loves what she does and cares about her clients! Samantha is an excellent real estate agent. We purchased this property not having seen it in person. We relied on a video phone call to see the house. She did a great job of showing us everything we wanted to see in the house.
