We really could not have found a better real estate agent, right from our first meeting she had a presentation ready with tons of information! I felt like she genuinely had our best interests at heart and didn't just want to make a quick sale, she was honest and up front and was so accommodating when it came to virtual showings. She also had amazing recommendations for lawyers, mortgage brokers, insurance agents, and home inspectors. We ended up buying a place that ticked all of our boxes and we have Sam to thank for it!!

We're so happy that we sold our place back then at asking price. And she also helped us to find a townhouse to live. It was a court sale house and all the process wasn't the same with a normal transaction. I was pregnant back then and we're planning to move in with our newborn baby. As a woman and a mom, the way she showed me empathy and support was extremely helpful while waiting for the completion. I can't imagine going through this purchase without her. She's not only a professional and competent realtor but also a kind and genuine person!
