I have worked with many real estate agents on several real estate transactions over the past number of decades and can say with confidence that Samantha is the best agent I have ever used. Samantha has the qualities that make her an extremely successful and effective agent. One of her qualities I respect the most is her level of organization. As a busy professional, I don’t have time to waste. She gets to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting both our time. Samantha also displays a high level of attention to detail and when dealing with the opposing broker is an impressively effective negotiator. I have the highest level of confidence in Samantha and look forward to working with her again.

Samantha was everything I needed in a real estate agent and then some! She was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. She was always available and no request or question was too small. She gave me realistic data and information on the real estate market in Nanaimo which helped make my decision and move along with my purchase. Samantha is more than 5 stars. She is the complete deal. She went way beyond what was expected not only at the buying end but counselling us on the sale at the other end where we had difficulties. She is a very caring person and a very calming influence. Not sure we would have survived buying and selling without her on our side.
