As a first time home buyer, Sam did an excellent job staying with me every step of the away and knowledgably answering all of my questions. The purchase process happened very fast in a short timeframe and Sam did a great job easing my stress levels and helping me communicate with other members of the purchase process i.e. home inspector, broker, notary.
