Ryan was always professional from the start. He knew what price to put the house on the market for and it had four offers in 4.5 days. With in two weeks of listing and removal of subjects the house was sold fast. He was wonderful at coordinating between viewings and the existing tenants. If you want a realtor that delivers and will work for you then Ryan Fach and the Neal Estate Team would be my first choice.

Ryan was helpful and resourceful throughout my very extended Victoria real estate sales experience. In particular, Ryan was patient and graceful during many months of uncertainty while I was getting the probate and estate status of my ownership settled. There were actually other delays while I was having issues with insurance and with estate sales. Ryan's helpfulness, experience and confidence became something that I could count on when these other issues were problematic. He helped me find a long term strategy for getting from potential ownership to actual legal ownership. As well, he was able to respond flexibly to the Covid pandemic constraints which made it difficult for me to travel from my home outside Victoria and to follow up in person; in normal times this would be something less frustrating for the realtors. During the real estate market uncertainty that was a consequence of the epidemic, he and I were able to shift quickly to a different sales strategy and to adapt to radically different practices re. house showings. I feel that this emergent sales strategy was quite successful from a financial perspective. Ryan was also able to act in a mature and cooperative fashion so that I could maintain good human relationships with my strata council under challenging circumstances.
