When we decided to sell our house we contacted the Neal Estate Team and they sent over Ryan Fach. Ryan was super friendly, professional and extremely helpful. He told us we could list our house for more then we had thought and it ended up selling for full asking price, after being on market for only 4 days. We would highly recommend Ryan to our friends, family and neighbours if they wanted to sell their home. Ryan took the time to answer all our questions no matter how silly they were and worked some very late hours to get the deal done.

Yes, I can highly recommend Ryan! His knowledge is outstanding. And he has that rare balance of being professional and personable/relatable. It took a long time for me to finally select my forever home and he stuck by me month after month . . . . He brings a delightful freshness to each and every encounter we had - and believe me for different reasons that would not have been easy lol!
