We had the absolute pleasure of working with Ryan and his team to sell our home. We've always been told that a good Realtor can make or break the selling process and we are so very glad we chose Ryan. The mark of a truly good Realtor is not in how they handle a normal sale when everything goes smoothly, but in how they handle things when they go wrong; we had some issues come up on the home inspection while we were working with very tight timelines on our move across the country, and not only did Ryan provide expert guidance and advice through the process of remediation, he linked us up with trustworthy tradespeople to get the job done right and on a very tight timeline. And perhaps most importantly, he talked me down off a ledge many times and helped me keep my sanity throughout the whole thing. Happy to say he took a very rocky situation and sailed us through it wonderfully to the successful sale of our home at the end. THAT is the mark of a great Realtor. We are so very grateful!

Ryan and his team were able to smoothly transition me from a downtown condo to a single family residence. I was able to port my mortgage and never had to find another place to stay during the transition. This was not just a function of good luck: my condo was very professionally marketed (intelligent pricing, professional photos, printouts, etc) and they worked hard showing my place frequently, and Ryan was always available to meet quickly to see new homes at times convenient for me.
