<p>Having owned our home for 32 years, the prospect of selling it in a very poor sellers market was not something we were looking forward to. We had received a brochure in the mail from Ryan Dutka, and thought that if this person was willing to get his name out there and look for clients, well then maybe he might also be able to get us a buyer. We were very impressed with his knowledge of the market situation, our neighborhood, and game plan for the sale of our home. As mentioned, this was a buyers market. There had been similar homes in our neighborhood on the market for several months. Ryan was very upfront with the difficulty we might have in selling quickly, and at a value that may have been applicable in a more seller friendly market. We appreciated his honesty, as this told us that he was being honest with us, not trying to sugar coat our prospects, and that he knew his business.<br /> The video tour Ryan's team put together was incredible !! After previewing it, I wasn't sure if I really wanted to sell anymore!!<br /> Our home was on the market for less than 1 week, and sold for more than asking price. {The price we listed our home at WAS NOT a deflated price, but rather the true value we thought our home should sell for.<br /> Couldn't have been happier with the sale of our home....and our realtor, Ryan Dutka.</p>

Ryan will personally come & evaluate your property in comparison to other homes in your area with you. He will make an honest evaluation & then give his input. We have always asked him with all properties that he has sold for us that he keep us informed on how things are going whether good or bad. And he did exactly as we asked. The last property he sold for us sold in approx. 4 days with multiple offers. He handled all problems that came along for us and fought in our favor at every turn.
