Ryan was an exceptional agent and very helpful throughout the entire process. Selling a house in the pandemic was already a nerve-wracking prospect, but he helped move the process along smoothly. He and his wife make a great team, and were very skilled in getting everything arranged to ensure the property’s marketability. Ryan especially has great skill in developing rapport with tenants, which was essential in selling a rented property. At times when things became difficult and it looked like the deal might not go through, Ryan remained level-headed and helped us make strategic decisions that salvaged the negotiations. His promptness and willingness to help us achieve our objectives with the sale were very much appreciated, and made for a great seller-agent relationship. We highly recommend him.
