Ryan sold my rental property for me this year, as i was worried in a market that is not on the sellers side that it would not sell and if it did there would be offers way below market value. Ryan came in he priced it right, an offer was made and the buyers were very difficult in wanting this and that. Ryan did an excellent job in negotiating to make the sale.

He and his office staff were very helpful in keeping us up to date and assisting its in all aspects of the sale. As lay persons we were almost overwhelmed with the documents required, however both Ryan and his staff were very helpful in explaining each and every item as it become a requirement. His presentation of our residence in our opinion second to none. The brochure's compiled were also of the highest quality and factual.
