Ryan Dutka was a great realtor.. he knew the housing market in our area very well and hustled to find us a buyer.. once we recieved an offer that we accepted(believe it or not, less than a week), Ryan took us easily through the next steps until the closing date.. as this is not the first house we have owned and sold, the best advise we can offer is to clean, clean, clean and listen to Ryan.. :)
