We've worked with Ryan on a couple of occasions now. He's sold both of our mother's homes and both times it went really smooth. He was very professional and was always prepared. He was always contacting us with updates on the houses and on the market in general. We always felt informed when decisions had to be made. We continue to refer friends and family to him because of the rapport and trust that was built, we would hire Ryan again without question.

Ryan gave an impressive market review on our home which we felt had the most experience and thought put into it. As a result Ryan sold our home in weeks as opposed to months which was a commonality of the market at the time. I could not recommend Ryan more to anyone looking to sell their home especially in the Edmonton North market which I believe he is leaps and bounds above the rest.
