After having our home on the market for 7 months with no success. Rayn was reccomend to us though a friend and did not disappoint. From the start he was very professional, organized and enthusiastic. His pictures, online advertising were excellent and the reason we sold our home. I will use Ryan in any future real estate transactions and have recommend to family and friends.

Ryan helped us sell in a very difficult market. He was invested in getting our house sold. The video and photographs produced were second to none. Ryan and his team were easy to communicate with and there when we needed them.

As we all know buying and selling a home can be very stressful. I felt that Ryan and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, & patient! He really took the time to make sure that I was well educated throughout the process and treated the sale of my home like it was his own. Ryan and his team were very friendly, professional, and hard workers. Weekly emails and phone calls kept us in the loop and were great. Ryan and his team put in a lot of effort with their open houses, showings and videos. The video that was done was outstanding. Almost thought it wasn't our house. He also did mega amounts of advertising. They did this for 8 months never giving up in the downturned market.

Attentive, well spoken, energetic and driven to help us get out house sold and into what we needed for our future. We received more money than Ryan showed us as fair market value and created a wonderful brochure to get it sold. Found us a new home where we wanted and for a reasonable price.
