Ryan and his team are very professional and pleasant to work with. Ryan was very clear on all the details and his advice was very valuable. He is very knowledgeable and experienced in what he does and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor in and around Edmonton area. The sale of my condo was managed very smoothly and we were very happy with everything, the outcome and the amount of time that it took. Ryan Dutka and his team were phenomenal to work with. They offered valuable advice when it came to the initial listing showing us their knowledge about the area and the current market. I found Ryan to be very professional, friendly and competent while negotiating the sale of my house. He guided me through each phase of the negotiations making sure I understood the concepts that were presented to me. There was never a time that I felt uncomfortable with the process or his demeanor. I enjoyed his company and felt I had a friend as well as a realtor. Thanks for making it easier than I thought it would be. The receptionist, Sarah was also very friendly, approachable and professional as well. I would happily recommend Ryan to anyone wanting to use the services of a realtor.
