I found Ryan to be very professional, friendly and competent while negotiating the sale of my house. He guided me through each phase of the negotiations making sure I understood the concepts that were presented to me. There was never a time that I felt uncomfortable with the process or his demeanor. I enjoyed his company and felt I had a friend as well as a realtor. Thanks for making it easier than I thought it would be. The receptionist, Sarah was also very friendly, approachable and professional as well. I would happily recommend Ryan to anyone wanting to use the services of a realtor.

Ryan is very professional, knowledgeable, responsive and honest. He made selling my house a very stress free process. Within 48 hours of listing, I had numerous showings and a reasonable offer in hand. I appreciated his honest advice and he was very pleasant to work with.
