From the first interaction we had with Roxann we knew she was the right realtor for us. She very quickly set us up with multiple viewings that fell within our criteria of what we were wanting to see. During this and subsequent viewings she provided us with reliable information of the positive and negative of each property. We never left a property feeling rushed or uninformed. She brought a high degree of energy and was always concerned that we were comfortable with our decisions. Roxann was amazing! She was really kind and easy to talk to and maintains a high level of professionalism. Her knowledge about the housing industry is extensive, from neighborhoods to building code and her experience with local companies. Roxann also quickly understood what personal preferences you have and remained determined to not settle for less. She was fantastic to work with and never tried to push a house on me.
