The great thing is that she took the time to understand our needs and work with us to pinpoint what would work and also provide objective opinions. Once we had an approved offer, she worked closely with us to ensure that our property was professionally listed, the offer accepted and assisted us with fulfilling all conditions to closing. I highly recommend using Roxann to help find you your home and to sell your home.

Highly recommend Roxann and her team. She made the sale process as simple as could be, and took care of everything for us, including answering my thousand texts and calls. She’s incredible! We used Roxann to sell our house in Sylvan and purchase in Red Deer. I just want to say that Roxann is the easiest person to work with. She is professional (yet very friendly), knowledgeable in the field, goes out of her way to respond to messages at all hours of the day, always shows up on time, and is just a genuine, honest, caring person. In terms of selling our house she worked with us on how to declutter, stage, decide on listing price, worked around our super busy work/toddler schedule for showings (both when selling and purchasing), and helped us work through offers. Once we accepted an offer, she sent us reminders on things we needed to do (I referred to this email multiple times) and would follow up to see how things were going. In terms of purchasing, she has the patience of a Saint as we messaged day and night about places we wanted to see (and some we would change our mind last minute). She even helped entertain our toddler (thank you!) when we went to showings. I loved that Roxann has a keen eye for potential issues, yet could always see potential opportunities in every home. In the end we found a house that we absolutely love (when it became listed she already had it on the list before we requested as she'd learned our preferences so quickly). She worked very hard to make sure that our concerns about some inspection items were handled well before the possession date, and that we were completely satisfied. I would 100% recommend Roxann to anyone and everyone, whether buying or selling. Thank you Roxann for making this transition not only easy, but enjoyable!

Roxann was an awesome agent to work with in the purchase of our home. This was a two year process and through it all Roxann remained professional and very patient! She is friendly and so much fun to work with! We will definitely be giving her a call for the next purchase and sale!
