Can I give her more than 5 stars? Honestly she was so patient with us, understood our wants/needs/hard stops, indecisiveness at times, and coached us through the whole process. She both sold our home and helped us find our next home. The entire process she communicated so well, was organized, compassionate, and we had some good laughs along the way. Even though we know she's busy she made us feel like a priority with her responsiveness and availability. She was so professional the entire time with us and the other buyers/sellers. Her knowledge was remarkable and her marketing skills were honestly something we had not seen in the market ever before. She got us a good price when we sold and helped us negotiate a fair deal for everyone when we purchased. We consider Roxanne a friend of the family now with her big heart and fiesty skills!! Choosing Roxanne is a no brainer in our future and we recommend her to everyone we can. Her combination of knowledge, skill, compassion, laughter, and professionalism cannot be beat. We love her!
