Selling our home with Rob was a breeze. He came with numbers, comparable sales for a price and a plan. He executed it all perfectly and kept us relatively calm through the entire process. If and when we do it again, we want to do it with Rob. 10 star service.

From being all over the map one searching for the perfect home to asking questions at all hours of the day and night we are so glad we had Rob at our backs pushing us through every hurtle. We have known Rob a long time, before he was a realtor. He has always been outspoken, hardworking and honest so we knew we could trust him to help us find a home. If a house wasn't right for us he always said so first. He crawled under decks, into a few creepy basements and made the process fun.

Genuine, hardworking, outspoken, knowledgable, forthright, responsive, professional, helpful, honest, self motivated...We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Rob selling our home. He didn't come in flashy, he had no greasy salesman feels. We knew he was our guy when we met him.

We were not the easiest clients. In a crazy market you want someone you can trust and we had that in Rob. We lost a few when we should have listened but he was patient and we found a great house. Very good agent, now very good friend.

We can not imagine having gone through this process with anyone other than Rob. We had a lot of fun looking at houses and he was very knowledgable about neighbourhoods, the market and knew a lot about how a house works. We love our home!
