We knew as soon as we met Rob that he ws going to be our Realtor. He came prepared with a plan and path and comparable sales to our home. He followed up same day just as he said he would and that set the wheels in motion for us. He gave us tips on what to do to maximize value, his team took amazing photos and drone shots of our property as well as a walk through map of our house. Open houses started us off and within days we had a full price offer after just a few showings. Prompt replies and constant updates on what was happening all along. Rob sold our home for us while we were living away. What is a stressful endevour on a good day is even worse when you are living out of province. Rob handled and took care of everything.
