Rob took care of us and every aspect of selling our house. Explained everything in a way we easily understood, the pictures he had taken were so nice and a great keepsake. Kept us updated, was easy to communicate with and kept us calm through the whole process. We shall sell again! And with Rob!!

Selling a Halifax property while living on Ontario seemed daunting until we contacted Robert. He handled every aspect of the sale from getting the unit ready to list right down to having it emptied and cleaned for closing with the new owners. Very appreciative of everything he did and will recommend him to anyone we know.

Rob sold us into this house and we could not imagine having him not completing the circle. From the staging help, the cleaner help and all of the emotional support the process was smooth and stress free. He remembered things about our house that I'm sure we had forgotten, his communication is still above par and we really felt like we had a lion in our corner. Since we could not be present for viewings or during any of the process we needed an agent we could trust to carry us through the process. Rob came highly recommended by a couple of close friends in Halifax and he did not dissapoint. Always, and I mean ALWAYS available when we had questions. Knew everything and we mean EVERYTHING about the building we bought in and every other we looked at. We can not wait to recommend him to Friends!

Rob was straight forward about the process from first meeting to our closing day. Not once did we ever feel he was not looking out for our best interests. We moved before the new owners took over the property and Rob looked after everything while we were away. We are thankful for him! If you need a realtor who stands up for you - use Rob!!

Rob was amazing on our house hunt. Answered all of our questions quick. Seems to know everything there is to know about houses. He also made it fun, he is very down to earth and easy to talk to. We love our house! We think everyone should use Rob as their realtor.
