It is a buyer's market, but Rob worked extra hard to market our property as if it were his own. He checked in regularly with us, likewise followed up with each showing. Rob is more than a realtor, he is a business partner and friend. He worked tirelessly to get showings on the house we were selling, (which was one of the more expensive houses for sale in Beaumont). He communicated regularly, clearly, and efficiently. Despite the sluggish market condition, in little time we had an offer come in. It wasn't an appealing offer, but this is when Rob stepped up and brought all of his experience into the our strategy. He negotiated as though it was his personal house on the line being sold. In no time at all, he got the offer to an amount we wanted and closed the sale. Rob is a true professional, who is dedicated and hard working at what he does.

Take possession of my first home in less than a week!!! The process for the first time can be very intimidating, but Rob was there for me every step of the way! He is very passionate and wants to find YOU, YOU'RE home. Rob treats you like his own family and is around any time to answer questions you may have. I have worked with Rob on a sale and buying a rental property. Very easy process on both. Was made aware what my house should be listed for but was able to go a bit higher as that’s what I thought it should be. Weeks later we dropped the price to where Rob had suggested and sold that property in the following weeks. On the purchase of rental property it was also a breeze as Rob again brought his experiences and knowledge to help me get the best price I could. Great guy with a wealth of knowledge. Will use again in the near future.
