Selling your home and choosing a Realtor is a big decision. Getting good advice from an experienced real estate agent is invaluable. My wife and I were looking for an agent that could well communicate for our informed understanding of the sale process. We also wanted an agent familiar with the local home market who could realistically price our property. After talking to a few agents we went with Rob Biddlecombe. We felt Rob was open, honest and realistic about our property. The home showing schedule with prospective buyers was stressful but Rob kept us informed. His management of offers and sale negotiations was reassuring. I’m not great with technology and online signing of documents but Rob was patient was helped me throughout. He was always available to bounce ideas off and share alternative perspectives. He kept us grounded and level throughout the sale process. Now that our home is sold I can state in hindsight that my wife and I were happy with Rob’s service in the sale of our property. His experience and calm demeanour really shines through.
