We had an excellent experience with Rob! From the day he stepped into our home to the day it was sold, Rob was very professional and provided clear communication. Not having any prior experience ourselves, we felt very comfortable leaving our property in Rob's hands to provide his expertise along the entire process. Rob listened to our needs and ensured he served both us and potential buyers, thus providing excellent customer service. We have an eleven month old baby and the process felt seamless when preparing to leave the house for showings as Rob provided ample time. We felt Rob was very knowledgeable in today's unpredictable market and made certain to share feedback with us after each showing. We are very thankful to have Rob assist us through this process and loved the fact that he wanted to get to know every member in our family. My wife and I were looking for an agent that could well communicate for our informed understanding of the sale process. We felt Rob was open, honest and realistic about our property. The home showing schedule with prospective buyers was stressful but Rob kept us informed. His management of offers and sale negotiations was reassuring. I’m not great with technology and online signing of documents but Rob was patient was helped me throughout.
