<p>I find it hard to find anything negatively critical about Rick. He provided everything we asked for even when we changed our minds. He gave us a lot of attention. It was as if he was at our finger tips at all times.<br /> Rick is the first person I will contact if I want to look into the Victoria market again, and the person I feel confident in recommending to anyone who asks me for a reference to a real estate agent in Victoria.</p>

<p>Rick was always willing to meet us, answer our endless questions, source information and take us around for viewings. He answered texts immediately. He gave us great service.</p>

Rick helped us buy a condo in March of 2018. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was especially patient in taking the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, and sought out our feedback on a regular basis. If we had any questions or concerns, Rick attended to them immediately, and everyone was kept in excellent communication. I would not hesitate to approach Rick again in the future.
