Emailed Rick on a Friday night and had an email and follow-up call within 10 minutes, then woke up to the market report that I had been waiting for 1st Realtor to send for over a week! No regrets, Rick told me what I needed to hear, that my rental unit was requiring some work to make it show well, and he offered assistance coordinating a quick paint job before listing. He offered quick, practical solutions to resolve minor concerns prior to listing, and maintained excellent communications while coordinating showings and presenting the offer. Love the one stop shopping of lawyer contact in his network. Could not ask for more! No regrets!
