He did a great job in looking on what possible options we can have and readily available when needed.we were given less time to meet requirements but with his help we manage to comply.he is very approachable and even replies even late night.

We almost go through 35 to 40 different properties before finalizing the one, which took more than a year and we found him with the same energy level, the bonus we got is the property with all the facilities, nice view, and privacy what we are looking for and in our budget too. As someone that doesn't live in Victoria and had to travel there to explore properties, having Rick as a real estate agent was truly a gift. Rick was excellent with communication about properties and trends before our visits, and was incredibly flexible with his schedule and always accommodated us, even on short notice. Rick was also very knowledgeable about different areas in Victoria and was quick to identify pros and cons for each property. He knew that we had family members moving to Victoria for school, so he was always made sure to research and mention the positive and negative factors that could potentially affect a student. Rick has a strong talent for understanding a client's criteria and finding different properties that might meet it. He is transparent about trends, progress and results, so we felt comfortable trusting him and left the experience having learned a lot. He is also quick to adapt to feedback, and we were able to finalize what we wanted within a few trips.
