Riccardo, Brett and his team were incredibly helpful and expedient in helping me buy my first home. I had several questions and needed assistance with multiple showings, the mortgage process and other follow up upon purchasing the home and they were always there for me when I needed them. There is nobody more professional and personable in the city. Their results and reputation speak for themselves and I hold Riccardo and his team in very high regard. He shortly after helped my parents sell their home after it had been on the market for years with other realtors. Riccardo helped us talk through some value added improvements to get top dollar prior to selling our home. After listing the property he guided us through additional agreements required to remove conditions and provided advice on a preexisting permitting issue. After listing we got multiple offers on day 1 and ended up getting over the asking price!
