Riccardo’s team helped us buy our first home. They explained the process in a way that made us feel comfortable and at ease with the whole process. We were able to reach out seven days a week until late in the evening and our questions were always answered or at least followed up with the next day if they were unsure. The team’s knowledge of the local market was great. We saw plenty of homes that fit our wish list in the neighbourhoods we were looking to live in. Ultimately the home we bought was not even on the market. It was the teams hard work and knowledge of the current market as well as the market from years ago that led us to making an offer on an off market house that was accepted in a few days with minimal back and forth negotiations. Weeks after possession, the team is still reaching out to make sure we are settled and don’t have any questions or concerns. True professionals and masters of their trade.
