Ricardo is AMAZING! Now, I might be slightly biased since he's my brother. However, that doesn't change the fact that he is excellent at what he does. Sometimes when people are helping someone they know or are related to, it is easy to slip into that "I don't need to be as professional" mentality. Ricardo does not do that. We recently purchased an investment property together in Vancouver. This was my first real estate purchase ever and Ricardo was patient, knowlegable and articulate when answering my MANY questions. He took the time to explain the legal jargon that I was unfamiliar with in a way that I could understand it, even if it took a few times before I fully grasped what he was saying. He guided me through this journey, periodically checking in with how I was feeling about everything which put me completely at ease and left me confident that I was in the best hands to get me what I wanted and more.
