Horrible experience. Got a very bad deal through him. Would not recommend him. Great sales man that’s for sure. He can get you to buy anything as long as it makes him money but when it comes to carrying for his client and making sure his client got what they were hoping to get, then that’s not the case. I’ve lost a lot of money more than I can afford to lose and I have you Ricardo to thank. I hope other people won’t be the target of my misfortune

We would highly recommend Ricardo to anyone looking for low-stress realty assistance. Ricardo navigated us smoothly through all of the paperwork and helped us view a plethora of homes all over the lower mainland. My wife and I were very impressed with all of his tips and tricks to improve our offers while staying in our budget. There are many realtors in the market, but Ricardo is one that we felt truly looked out for our interest and gave us his honest opinions without hesitation. I came to Ricardo through a friend's recommendation and he was my real estate agent when sealing the deal on a condo purchase in the month of October, 2022. The whole process from meetup to subject removal lasted 2 weeks and although there was a hiccup on the way due to my funds for down payment being outside Canada (which would affect my mortgage), he managed to secure an extension from the seller for the property transfer to take place 2 months after the original dates, allowing me plenty of time to transfer those funds and proceeding with the deal. Ricardo is very efficient and knowledgeable, giving me plenty of feedback and making sure that the property I was purchasing would fit my specific lifestyle. Whenever a document or action was needed from his side, I'd receive a response within the next hour with either the results or updates. Overall I'd definitely recommend Ricardo as an agent. He was thoughtful, efficient, and competent through the whole process!
