Our first experience using Ricardo & his team was excellent, from helping us get our townhouse listed and sold in 10 days to finding a place that fit us within our budget in a rising market. Ricardo and his team were on top of everything for getting our house listed, helping with staging and cleaning recommendations. The set up and showings is what really helped sell this place so face and his team and himself were all over it, providing information and suggestions along the way. The selling of the property couldn’t have gone any smoother, with a subject free offer, we were extremely pleased with their services. We were also able to secure our first detached home, Ricardo was able to set us up with a search with the proper requirements we were looking for in a house. We found the place we wanted and after a couple weeks of back and forth between us and the seller, Ricardo got the deal done for us at a price that was comfortable to us. Never one did we feel pressured to get the deal closed even though this one almost slipped through during negations. Ricardo and his team were always looking out for our best interest before anything else, my Fiancée and I would highly recommend this great team to anyone looking to get into the market or anything if that nature!
