My agent is knowledgeable. I did not have any information about real estate, opened my eyes and directed me in the right direction. He was ready to take me everywhere to look for properties that suit my expectations. As we visited, for some properties he, himself advised me what to look for. I learned a lot from him as we were going along. When it came to buy the properties, he stood in our side to bargain for prices. Up to now we still contact him and he is is our intermediate between us and our builder. We will use him again in case we decide to buy another property. We are satisfied

Reuben took fantastic pictures which I believe contributed to the sale of our home. He was easy to get a hold of and was very creative when negotiating a deal. He was always professional and respectful, and got the job done. It was a difficult sale as we were buying and moving to another province but Reuben helped where he could.
