Reuben is simply the best. He was able to handle all the concerns that raised throughout our home buying process really quickly and efficiently. This was my wife and I first home purchase, and based on the experience I heard from the people I know, I thing Reuben really helped us taking all the stress off of us. When the deal was done, Reuben surprisingly offered to us a full furnace and carpet professional cleaning. The service was not part of the deal and he said that’s his gift to is (Thanks Reuben). My agent is knowledgeable. I did not have any information about real estate, opened my eyes and directed me in the right direction. He was ready to take me everywhere to look for properties that suit my expectations. As we visited, for some properties he, himself advised me what to look for. I learned a lot from him as we were going along. When it came to buy the properties, he stood in our side to bargain for prices. Up to now we still contact him and he is is our intermediate between us and our builder. We will use him again in case we decide to buy another property. We are satisfied
