Selling/buying can be stressful and Reuben was able to help alleviate part of that process -- accommodating and flexible; Reuben was able to adapt to my own personal needs/"wants"/"style" and exceeding my own expectations overall (knowledge/skills, resourceful, professionalism/professional demeanor, empathy, etc).
