I decided to buy a home because for me there is really no right time. Housing I believe will always be high. Also, I want my space and privacy. What I look for in a realtor is someone who is informative, patient, knowledgeable with the current housing market, and most importantly, prioritizes their client's best interest. That is why I chose Tamara and Team Rayo because they possess those skills. My advice when looking for a home is to get a well versed realtor who can help you find the home that will make you happy and satisfied. I highly recommend them!
