Tamara Baiocco was a huge help in finding my new apartment. I was new to Toronto and so didn't know the areas well, and combined with being a new renter and the competitive housing market, I found searching to be quite daunting initially while I was on my own. Tamara made the process easy and quick, answered all questions that I had throughout, and provided me with many options to chose from when searching for apartments. She effectively negotiated for me when interacting with my (now) landlord, and was professional and personable throughout our time together. I'd happily work with her again in the future, and I'd recommend her to anyone who is looking for an agent!
