Rayo was easy to converse with and he made a point to include my wife in the conversation; his tips and ideas were second to none to stage our home. On the first day of showing our home, I was returning home after work and thought why the traffic in the street, that traffic was to find parking and get in line to view the staged home, the home was sold in one day, and for over the asking price.
