Philip Hollett is very approachable, friendly and professional. We really appreciated the initial information session in which he described the real estate buying process. He even went through all the forms that we can encounter during the buying process. This was especially helpful for one of us who was a first-time buyer. He makes the process clear from the beginning and guides you through the process, and this is very important for such a major transaction. He is calm and patient and this was very much appreciated as it is a stressful experience to buy home. We would have no hesitation to recommend Philip or use his services again in the future.
