I would absolutely recommend Philip and his team to anyone. His knowledge and patience were invaluable to the quick and successful sale of our home. He made thoughtful, factual suggestions that allowed us to make informed decisions regarding what pre-sell improvements were necessary before listing our home - and then helped us achieve them with both an excellent painter/contractor recommendation and a roll up of his own sleeve to assist. He remained calm in the chaos and was instrumental in navigating us to an over asking price in a market that was cooling. Both Philip and Chantal supported us with their remarkable kindness and it is amazing to have an agent you trust implicitly. Quite honestly I don't believe the sale would have happened without him and I'm forever thankful we made the right choice in realtors.

As a first-time home buyer, I couldn't have dreamed of landing a better agent than Phil. No question (and I had many!) was left unanswered and I was never made to feel silly for asking. He also prepared me for things that I didn't know about (like short appraisals and backwater valves.) From neighbourhoods and appliances to plumping, roofs, foundations, and electrical, he was a true font of information. Knowing that I was in such good hands made the experience far less stressful than I've heard it can be. Phil tells it as he sees it, and he tells it with a quiet confidence, grace, and when the occasion called for it, good humour! This has been a true adventure, with ups and downs, but Phil was right there, figuratively holding my hand through it all, like a friend would. And he continued to do so after I secured my first home, which is when things get even more intimidating! He, and his equally remarkable client care manager, Chantal, were always available to talk and answer questions. In short, I feel confident that Phil is the best of the best.

Phillip was our agent when we sold our home and bought our new one. He was always very quick to respond and always available to take us through house viewings. I was always kept informed on the homes available in many different areas. Phil is very friendly and professional and I highly recommended him if you are looking for an agent.
