<p>Philip has been helping us find our dream home for over a year. He was fully aware of the type of home we were looking for, and most important the area we desired. Philip always stayed in contact with us, and kept us updated on the market and the houses that were available. Philip is a extremely knowledgeable, but most important, he is sincere and genuine. He goes out of his way to help you find your dream home, and never pressures you into buying something that is not what you wanted. When our two families decided to sell, I was assigned the task of interviewing real estate agents. I called three separate realtors and was most impressed with Philip Grainger from ReMax. Right from the beginning I felt he would be the correct fit for our families. He was very clear and concise on how if he was to be picked as our agent on exactly what he would do to advertise our property. He would have gallery pictures taken and used a drone for the overall view showing our location and our proximity to the beach. Also, Philip would get an inspection done ahead of listing so that there would be no additional delays. We let him know that we wanted a quick sale and he gave us a precise timeline for listing and offers. Once we chose Philip as our listing agent he went into action immediately and stayed in touch with our families constantly answering any questions that we had during this process. Philip listened to our needs and within two days of listing he brought us a great pre-emptive offer which we accepted. We have been extremely happy with Philip during this entire process and would recommend Philip to anyone wanting to sell or buy a property.
