I was looking for my first house - so first time buyer AND moving to a new city in Ontario. Phil was knowledgeable, professional, down to earth, patient, have a great sense of humour and was so helpful in helping me navigate my home buying experience. Would definitely recommend him!!

I had my house in the market for several months and there wasn't any offer coming in. I decided to listen to my broker to use an agent in the area. I called Phillip and he replied me right away and told me all I needed to complete with the previous agent before he could come in. He explained the market situations now and was communicating with me and my husband very often. he was too friendly and empathetic. He listened to our losses and discussed how he could help us out. He was not just a realtor wanting to sell, he was a good listener to our needs. To make the story short, our house was sold within three weeks with the possibility of more offers pending. He did not make decisions for us or forceful to sell, he allowed us time to make decision by ourselves. He was a great listener. Thank you Mr. Phillip. Phil is a brilliant and outstanding agent! He just helped my husband and I buy our first home and we will definitely return to him if / when we decide to buy again. Being first time home buyers, we were a little overwhelmed, however, Phil made the whole experience very enjoyable. He was always available for questions, big or small, and eased our minds when we had concerns. He took the time to learn about us and what we were looking for in a home. From here he offered honest advice and information about each property and ALWAYS had our best interest at heart. Phil always had a positive attitude, worked very quickly under some tight time constraints and even took the time to check in on us when we were unsuccessful with our first offer.
