I don't believe we would have been able to find the home of our dreams and close as quickly as we did without having a realtor like Philip. Overall very pleased! Philip Grainger was outstanding. I chose him based on his reviews and he exceeded all my expectations. I had tons of questions as we were selling our property, and he responded to every one of them in a timely manner, whether email, text or phone.
